At Limn Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 Days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition whenever applicable.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 Hours.


Return Timeframe

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 Days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review, replacement, or refund.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed:

  1. Contact us within 7 Days of delivery.

  2. Provide photographs clearly showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing may take 5–10 Business Days depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made specifically for each order, the following situations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color selected

  • Customer preference regarding fit or feel

  • Minor color differences caused by screen displays

  • Orders with inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services after dispatch

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item shipped by us

Limn Wear will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.


Order Cancellations

Since our products are made-to-order, orders enter production shortly after being placed.

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Late or Missing Refunds
